Here I am!
It’s all about patience when you have dial up internet access! I have wanted to write this update for ages- I have been at the Adventure House for 3 weeks now- and as so often is the case, with me particularly, life gets away from me. And dial up is slow.
It’s beautiful here. See?
There are all sorts of little nooks and crannies around the property which are worth exploring.
The whole place is in bloom!
It’s mainly Day Lilies now, but since the owners once had a business in perennials there are lots more beautiful plants than just these.
And Hostas everywhere!
Did you see the car hiding in that photo? Come for a visit and Evan will take you to see it. I’m sure he’ll be happy to show you his favourite things on the porch too.
There has been knitting going on too, but navy blue lace is hard to photograph well, and besides, I am supposed to be working on my resume. But, it’s now almost 2am and I am done for the night.
There will be more updates this summer, but no promises for when. I only get reliable internet access about once a week! So, happy knitting everyone, and if you can, drop me a line and come for a visit. I miss you all.
